Holy $hit my first cold or whatever this cycle and WOW!!!

Have had more hits today then in a quite a while!
Sinuses backed up again and each sneeze or cough sent me into a fun time Sad

I know plenty of people say that colds or sinus infections can trigger but OY...ouch......

I knew they were starting to rev up again (cycling within cycle).....but this is not a fun way to jump start the process....

Take an extra dose of vitamin C guys!!!

PF Wishes!

That suck bud, been there too. Keep those sinuses as clear as you can and hopefully it'll weaken the kip.

My very worst episode EVER was exacerbated (if not caused) by sinus issues from allergies. When I ended up in the ER I was getting hit with full blown headbanging k10s every 30 minutes. Yes...about a 5 min break between each one. Neither O2 or morphine touched them. I shall never ignore my sinus' again. Here's hoping those nasty cold germs leave you soon E-dub...

Eric,

Gesundheit!

Hang in there --hope you feel better soon. Chicken soup, vit C, and maybe a little black elderberry extract drops thrown in. At least none of that stuff tastes bad... and it can't hurt.

I've known for 30 years that sneezles and CH are related.

Which causes what I don't know, or perhaps each is a result, but sure as eggs one don't come without the other.

When my CH was finally diagnosed some 18 years back the neuro told me that (excuse the subject) one of the symptoms was the nasal contents getting much harder during a cycle, and this was about the only thing he told me that mattered.

By Wotan's Beard........the inside of your oxygen mask must be a disgusting mess. Hadn't really thought about that angle. Makes extra masks not seem "extra.'
