well, just when I thought cycle had ended, I'm doing the dance tonight. Hit me two hours after I went to sleep.
trying to abort with ice pack and half a maxalt.
about 50 minutes in.

edited: ahh, over now..almost 1 hour on the dot at a kip 7. I am headed back to bed.

Tried melatonin already? 6-9mg 8 hours before the time you want to wake up?
