and after 18 yrs. never found anything to alleve it til it was ready to leave on it's own.

Shadows are those obnoxious distracting headaches that follow you around all day like a bad puppy allways barking whining and getting under your feet, you try to ignore them but they just keep hanging around.
I like to say my blood hurts.
Can you tell they been bugging me all day.
Every few hours they rise up like a mythical monster and bite into the side of my head and hang on like a coat caught in a car door going 60 miles an hour.
Then they go back and sit around awhile just watching and waiting for another chance to bite.
