I've spent a long time looking here before posting, and here goes.
UK, episodic for 5 years, chronic for the last 2, 39 years old, male, and getting to grips with this condition. Liked the welcome post at the top of here, so.......
1. Find a neurologist you can rely on.
Have found a good one, i think
2. Formulate and employ a preventive strategy.
Contemplating shrooms (although the above doesn't know)
3. Formulate and employ an abortive strategy.
O2 and Imitrex work thankfully
4. Use what you have learned to help others.
I very much hope to do so
Anyway, glad to meet you all.

Hi Lee,
Nice to meet you also and welcome to our family. I am so glad to hear that you have meds that work for you. There's nothing that breaks my heart more than someone who has exhausted so many options.  Anyway, I wish you many pain free days and nights from here on out.
