It is up to YOU to educate yourself and then help your doctor plan your treatment. If you just sit down in front of your doctor and say "make me better" you are setting yourself up for a great deal of pain.

The last message I got from your Dad was "Congrats on your pain free time"
He really cared about the people here and he spoke of you often.

This is the father Megan will miss, the man we will miss!
I can't add any more condolences than have been shared here, I feel the same.
We MUST not forget, we need to stay close to Megan, we need to remember his work in New Orleans, his passion for more what would help others and Megan over himself.
Miss him yes ... but never forget him. As a different part of Eric's family, we own it to him to be there for Megan and family. He was there for others in time of need, we can do no less.
Note to Megan:
Hi Megan,
If you need support from those your own age who suffer from CH or are supporters of parents who do and would like to talk privately with them, send me an IM, and I think I can hook you up with those your age you could probably relate to much better than us "old folks".
But, don't stay away from here, we'd love to know how you are doing and will be praying for you always.
