Just signed on to ask the same thing. I imagine the people in Iraq are dancing in the streets. All the lives he took and the suffering he caused.......hanging was too easy.

It was kind of a waste of time. Looking at Iraqi tv clips is not my idea of fun. 
Nice that it was done this time of year so New Yorkers, especially Times Square cops, have to be on edge.
I'm not sure its effect but it's unlikely to be beneficial in the short run to our kids over there.
Strange thing all the way around.
