Borgund stave church in the Sogn area is the bestknown,best preserved and most typical of Norwegian stave churches.About 1150 it was dedicated to the apostle St, Andrews and has NOT been added to or rebuildt since.

The design is almost Asian, interestingly !

Hmm... Sogn area you say... I think I might have seen that Stave Church back in 1995 when my family traveled around Norway.

Also, he rejects Jewish moralistic reasoning - that's alone is highly unusual for the Israeli right. And he is very influential here in Israel.
