Does there seem to be a relationship with people's cycles?  Seems like my cycle has always ended not too long after the time changes.

Fiddling with the clock in the name of daylight 'saving' usually occurs around the equinoxes - the change of seasons by itself has been enough for me.

The one hour shift might make it worse for some, especially if their habits mean that there is a sudden change in their exposure to bright daylight.

DST does not seem to affect mine.

Like a clock. March 1 plus or minus 2 days. August 1 plus or minus two days. Runs about 45 days. Sometimes two a day 12 hours apart. Sometimes three or four a day 2 hours apart. Sometimes, once a day - for 3 hours.

This time he decided to visit at 9:30 in the morning. So I wakes up at 9:30 on Sunday and me thinks "cool no headache today". Can't fool him.
10:25 hits (which was 9:25 yesterday) and I remember DST

It seemed to kick up a high cycle for me or it may just be this crazy weather we're having (snowing last week and 90 degrees this week.).

Whatever, I seem to be sleeping later and getting hit more ...
