Can you tell when your CH is ending?

I have been dealing with them for over 15 years and I found that I can tell when the beast is leaving me. It is the best feeling in the world.
I take a shot of Imitrex and i get a sigh of relief when then feeling of going to be over.
Does this make sense?

I get the same thing when I abort with oxygen. An almost narcotic like euphoric high of "damn I beat the beasts ass!" I can tell I've won again, a great feeling isn't it?
