Red Bull question

During my last few episodes, I found Red Bull effective if used early.  At first I thought they were gross but now I have coem to enjoy them.  My problem is that now my cycle is over and I find myself drinking them for alertness and clarity.  Clears my head of that foggy feeling we cher's are accustomed to.  My question is this, how much red bull is okay, one a day, two a day, one every other day, etc?  Any advice is welcome!

There are several recent threads on this.

Here is a review that suggests that the 'observed safe level' for taurine is up to 3 grams per day. The actual safe level may be even higher, although there is not enough evidence to say that now.

This assumes that a person is reasonably healthy, and does not include possible interactions with prescription meds. Several studies on humans have used 6 grams or more per day with no observed side effects; these were for cholesterol, blood pressure, or nervous conditions.

Red Bull has 1 gram (1000 mg) of taurine, so 3 would be 'safe' assuming the other ingredients have little or no effect.

The outer boundary of what we currently believe is feasible is far short of what we actually must do.
