wow, what a memory you have. I barely remember that myself. I do remember what a tough time D was having and how fed up he was with docs and meds. Actually, I kinda got the impression you were both fed up with docs and meds.

Anyway, definitely keep this thread updated as long as PF time continues. Wouldn't it be great if you ended up updating this thread for years?  Cool

Please do, as it is tremendously inspiring -- I don't know how many people I have told about your experience, which must certainly be THE definitive one.

8 weeks pain free!!!!

This is so fantastic . . .D is like a new man!

Pam, thank you!  We had given up on medicine . . .the drugs didn't work, and the side-effects were devastating for us.  After reading everything possible about this treatment, and then meeting with Flounder, we knew we had to do this . . .that was the best decision we could have ever made!

We wish everyone an eternity of p/f days and nights . . . .

Miapet,

This is wonderful-extraordinary-mindblasting great news!

I have just strted getting serious information on CH.  I've been getting thru this website all weekend and it's been a roller-coaster of informations and emotions.

I didn't see any bright light at the end of the tunnel...until now.

I'll go check the clusterbusters website right now.

But I have to agree with E-Double, it's undiscovered country for me except for some preconseptions from years ago.  Easy to get rid off with just a little bit of thinking.

Don't forget to use sunscreen on your vacation.

Robert.

P.S. Thanks for the tip on the melatonin in my 'canabis' question.

As many of you know, D has been a chronic CH sufferer for about the past 20 years.  I want to report  it is official.  D is no longer chronic.

Mia and D - I have to confess...as a newbie here...and as a mostly conservative businessman... I was very skeptical of the psilocybin connection. So much so it almost chased me away and am most fortunate that not a small amount of desperation kept me here reading. I am still somewhat skeptical. As a child of the sixties I had played with them all. In fact..best "recreational" I ever used were shrooms picked from a field near my home in Oregon. My skepticism does not include condemnation of anyone that would take this step. As as a child nearing my sixties,  I have read your fantastic news today and am noting it well. Thank you for sharing that with us. I will be eager to hear progress reports. I am not quite ready to book a flight to Amsterdam but I am less skeptical...and very happy for you both.

The only way to find out Ex_Pat_Asia is to investigate and maybe try.  I totally avoided a certain cycle that starts in February and goes thru June with me.

I am having some cluster related activities right now for the past 3 weeks (several shadows per week), but avoided a cycle starting (so far). I wish I had discovered this 10 years ago.

This treatment does not work on everybody, but works on me better than anything that I have tried in the past with zero side effects.
