Hi,
8 yrs HA, last 2 chronic. Been through all but knife. Like my doc.  He's suggesting Zonegran, 100 mg. I've tried other antiseizures without much success. Anyone tried this one?
Thanks, best to all. Pain free!
Bobbio.

Hiya Bobbio,

I have tried Zonegran and with much better success and less side effects that Zonegran's cousin, Topamax.

I had even better success when I bumped the Zonegran to 200mg per day.

The only side effect I had was drowsiness during the first couple of weeks of starting Zonegran.  After a couple of weeks that side effect left and I had basically no side effects.

Good luck,
Renee

Tried it for several months without much relief.  It did however give me kidney stones that I had to have surgery for.   frown
