I have found that when I have a cig every now and then it usually gives me a HA, but not everytime. Never tried it after I get hit. It's worth a try!

cazman -

Can't say that smoking makes a difference.  I tried not smoking during attacks but saw no difference in frequency or severity from when I did smoke.

The real question is - got any skin left that isn't waterlogged? Grin

Would the owner of the propane torch, egg beater, pipe expander and vise grips please claim these items. They're lodged in my head and I need the space.

i have to say, this getting no sleep is bullshit, my ch's are changing for the better but at a cost of not being able to get more then an hour of sleep before the next attack, for some reason now, i don't get them at work anymore. i'm up every other hour all thru the night.  This is my first cycle without steady use of imitrex, i had 5 shots left from last year that i use when it really hits me hard, my cycle started on june 21, i'm down to 1 shot left that i carry with me just in case it does hit me at work, i thiink this wave is almost over thank god (knocking on wood)

Ouch duerrs. The verap should take hold in about two weeks if it works for you. The number of hits/day should start reducing itself first. Get PF, that lack of sleep can be hell until it gets under control.
