Rotterdam Centrum here... new in country, clusters returned in the last two weeks, after a 13-year remission.  I am learning Dutch, but so far I can only read and write a bit, so I'm not much of a conversationalist (unless it's in English and then I never stop talking, LOL).
Currently limited to public transport - or bicycling/"hoofing it" here in Rotterdam - but would be interested in meeting for a drink, cup of coffee, lunch, etc., with some advance planning.
