I live next door to the PR lady for both east and west campus Genesis hospitals and I tried to get her and my DR (nuero) to attend or come out with the local news cannel and do a story about cluster headaches and the OUCH organization. But was told today it wasnt enough time for them to reserch cluster headaches and be ready by this weekend. Bummer but I tired. Cant wait to meet you all. Til then be PF and talk soon to some of you. I forgot to mention something...
when i called the hotel, I asked them if it was ok if we happened to stay and hang out in the atrium ALL night long. He said "technically" it's supposed to close, but no one would kick us out as long as there were no complaints about noise.........
Now, I'm pretty sure that they dont actually assign us roooms until we check in....so when we check in - maybe we should all request to be around the atrium... so no one will complain and we can stay there all night.
If they are Non - smoking rooms- that's ok - cuz we can step outside - and smoke in the atrium.. which is next to the bar, and the restaurant.........LOL
just a thought -------

Jminmilwaukee here. Looks like Davenport is about a 3 and 1/2 hour drive from here. I could go through this monster thread and look for the info I seek but I am too damn lazy to do so.
What hotel? When are people ariving? If hotel is booked, hotels nearby?
I am seriously considering the pilgramage but need to find room and board for my dog first. Feel free PM me with the specifics if you'd rather not reply to this thread.
Oh yeah, I will need to leave no later than Sunday morning so I have time to get home for the Packers / Eagles game.

.My husband Ted is comming with me. We are leaving Madison around noon. Should get to Davenport around 3-4pm. I will be in the attrium waiting patiently for people to arrive. We are just staying for Friday night. We are leaving Sat. night to come back home which means I won't have a hotel room Sat. afternoon and will be hanging in the attrium all day Sat. as well.
