Book Idea--Your comments and suggestions welcome!

As I say here this morning reading the board, I got the idea for a book or handbook, or whatever (the final form/format isn't set yet). I would like your ideas for some subject matter that I have missed, and would also like to include personal testimony.
The Book Idea:
A Handbook for CH Supporters: Understanding the situation so you can help
1) What CH is
2) What the CH’er is going through
--Understanding the KIP scale
3) Feeling Helpless
--Letting go, there are times when there is absolutely nothing you can do
4) Dealing with depression and victimitis
--Drug side effects
5) Removing stress
--Stress as a trigger
--Stress as a result of pain
--The vicious circle
6) Dealing with your doubts
7) When medication becomes addictive
 etc etc
I know there are plenty more subjects that can be covered... but those were the thoughts I jotted down at 6am this morning before work.

Maybe you can get some ideas from our pages over at the Family Services Team - we've tried to address exactly the points you bring up. Feel free to use anything you see there if you do decide to make a handout.
