!!! Reserve Your Rooms Early !!!



OUCH has reserved a block of rooms for convention attendees at the special rate of $115 per night.  

This rate is good until June 19th or until all reserved rooms have been taken, whichever comes first. After that, the regular rate of $199 will apply.



On or about May 30, 2008, OUCH will be mailing out invitations to  

medical personnel in Dallas and the surrounding areas!  




With Professor Peter Goadsby as our guest lecturer, there is a good chance that attendance for this convention will be high.  We urge all our members who wish to attend to get your hotel reservations made as soon as possible to assure you can get the special rate of $115 per night.

Technically, it's not the last week.  Just the last couple days before we send out invitations to medical personnel in the surrounding area.  After that, getting a room reserved at the discounted price may be difficult.  Registration for the convention will be open until the day of the convention.  Hotel booking after the 19th of June, however, will be a crapshoot.  The reserved rooms at the rate of $115 expires on the 19th.  After that you may or may not be able to even get a room at the hotel, even at their normal rate, as any remaining reserved rooms will be released back to the hotel. 

The hotel is close to a lot of things that attract a lot of people in the summer. 

Please do get your rooms reserved early!!!
