Nice, but that is a small number compared to the folks who pass through these halls.

I haven't seen it because I don't have a lot of time to spend on Facebook, but I assume that it would represent an opportunity to tell folks about the one place in the world that holds the most valid information about CH's - right here.

I see it as counterproductive to try and start a whole new internet place about CH's with this place in full swing.

Just my not so humble opinion.......

For those who share time on Facebook with friends, family, hobbies of interest, etc Facebook is awesome.

I do agree with you Marc, that CH.com rules as the #1 source for CH info and support. That particular group "Cluster headaches" has links to this site and OUCH-US and OUCH-UK on the main page "wall". Also, there are daily postings referring people to this website CH.com Wink

Fair enough.

I probably spoke out of turn because I haven't seen that Facebook page.

I thought that Myspace (when it was new), then Facebook (when it was new), then Twitter (when it was new) were pretty cool until I realized how much time I was investing. Those are hours I will never get back. NO reflection on you - I'm the weird one!

Now I pick up the phone to call or write a note to those that are important to me. Different strokes for different folks.

CH.com is the only site that I can make time for these days and that gets tough sometimes. There is SO much to see, read and do, but so little time to pursue it!

Yeah, I suppose that I am. There is wisdom in them-there words

My new business is just less than a year old (what kind of idiot starts a new business under these economic conditions!??) but our performance is just plain blowing my mind.

I think (hope?) it will continue this exponential growth, but that requires some very serious time involvement on my part.

The economy in general is soft, so I have choices in deciding how to proceed:
- Bitch and moan about inequities on the way to pick up my unemployment check.

- Cut back my personal budget even more and try to make do. (Hey, who really needs toilet paper..)

- Work my ass off to earn my way out.

From my perspective, there is only one choice in that list........ "Spare time" is something other folks have right now.

The point is joining a facebook related cluster headache page helps get us exposure, and most of them link back to here or other important websites anyways. I've joined all the big ones on facebook.
