Thanks, Mike.

I knew about "Clever Hans", Francis Galton, Jim Corbett (read about his adventures when I was a kid), and the Sheep Incident was pretty hard to miss out here when it happened. Caused a most ugly stink in the papers.

The others were new to me. Man oh man--this is just the sort of eclectic compilation that tickles me. Thank you.
