Thanks all. I appreciate the support and the PMs and offers of help!

After 5 yrs I went 6 weeks PF, and thought maybe the beast was at least going to give me a bit of a vacation, but got hit three times yesterday with 8's and 9's, the worst I've had in months. Got hit and had to miss church in the morning, then got it again as I was leaving for the evening service, then when I was going to bed.

Anyway, my mini pity party is over, adn it is back to life with the beast.
