I'll be gone for a few days.....

After today I'll be gone for a few days so you guys will have to play nice.....

I'll be hitting the road in the morning for the Texas Democratic Convention in Austin and will be Out of Computer Commission till Sunday (my laptop is out of commission).

A couple of my cousins are delegates from the Houston area so we'll have a reunion and there's non-stop stuff going on so maybe I won't have withdrawal too bad, but I'll miss everyone.

Keep the vibes going that I don't get hit too bad during the thing. (Loaded up on Red Bull - no room for the O2). Got my meds packed. Bad part - no smoking - going with a non-smoker (5 hours in a car!) no smoking room and no smoking at convention.... I may end up quitting ..... 4 days!!!!! UGH!! The things I do for politics!!!

Anyhow, just wanted you to know I'm not lost ... I'm just a politickin'.

Sounds like a wonderful time. I am envious of you. I would love to experience something like that. Not the non smoking part but the politics part.
