FYI,

Dr. Robbins is supplying CB with the bound copies of this updated report to be passed out at to all attendees at the 2008 CB conference in Atlanta. So, anyone coming can save the $12.00

Dr. Robbins will be at the 2009 Clusterbuster Conference in Chicago, in case anyone wants to meet him and mark it down for future reference.

It's nice indeed (I've just read some paragraphs).

However, there is one thing that was always confusing me.
"Approximately one out of 250 men has cluster headaches."
I have seen many statistics (including similar to this one) and of course I am sure that this guy is an expert, but I can hardly believe it's so "popular" disease, really... I mean - maybe that's truth, but I can't imagine it. Most of the people even haven't heard about it.
