1st floor, a Mexican family with 5 kids

2nd floor, a white family with 2 kids

3rd floor, a black family with 4 kids

One day there is a tremendous earthquake...

The building is demolished...

Which whole family survived?????

Shift workers (like myself) are commonly home during the day. So are many who are self-employed or work from home via the internet, infants and toddlers, home-tutored children, people on sick-leave or holidays, retirees, the injured and/or incapacitated, along with those who are temporarily unemployed through no fault of their own.

Presumably, no members of the white family fell into any one of these categories.
