Highly hyped but not very effective. It is the active ingredient from hot peppers, highly diluted. You are probably better off just adding a bit of tabasco sauce to your food.

I still have a bottle from a couple of years ago.  If anything, it may divert the pain for a span of 30 seconds, but it doesn't work.  If you're having a stuffy nose however, you won't be after this stuff, LOL!
