Matt,

thank you for sharing your experience.

I use re-usable ice cubes as a part of my "ch kit", because cold does help me getting rid of the hit. I have not used just ice ever, but as an addition to the energy drinks I've used. I keep your suggestion in mind and might give it a go.

I hope it will keep on helping you.
