OH, Mellie! That is gorgeous! I remember CA. Wonderful weather, year round, but rarely did we see any differetiation between one season and another.
Your pics look more like what I see here in OR ,and I LOVE it!
Happy Fall!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mel, as always your pics are so good. Pic #3 is my fav out of this group, the way that one tree stands out from all the rest. Smiley

hawk- they'll really pop out this week as we're to have much lower temps than last week (where it got into the 80's, yuck!), so I have to be ready with the camera!

That is really pretty. I miss the seasonal changes. Everything is either green or brown here, When the cold comes things just stop living. Not really a pretty place by any stretch of the imagination. West Texas...not for the faint at heart. LOL

Again, beautiful pictures.

I love those colors. I've been planning to take my camera with me to one of my daily walks and snap some pics as well.

Great pics, Mel! Smiley

Nice pics. Mel!

My problem is, I keep thinking about all of the buck bucks that may be roaming in those woods! Wink

Great pictures.  I was just noticing yesterday when I was driving down the road that the leaves where starting to change.  I love the color change of fall, but that means it won't be long and the white stuff will be flying, ugh.

Beautiful, Mel........I love #2 the best (they are all good though)

You're ahead of us by about a week or so.  I love the fall colors and it's my favorite season too.....only problem is it doesn't last long and what follows is NOT a favorite.

Thanks for sharing....

Much Love,
Jackie

I like the last one.  The road *leads* your eye to the colors.  Not much *color* year yet, but there's not as much hardwood.  Too many frickin' pine trees.

I was just telling my husband that I love the change of seasons here in OR. The only trees you see in Vegas are Palm Trees and Evergreens.  The few other trees that they try and plant there only change color when they are dying from lack of water or the heat.

I just love the 3rd one.
