Been painfree 2 years now, But got hit by one sat afternoon and than one yesterday afternoon. Just wondering if there was anything that i could do to beat the beast before the cycle really kicks in. I am going to try the water. it worked one time before. is there anything else i could try ?

Dorry to hear you got hit.  Hopefully its just an isolated attack just to let you know that the beast is still around.  I'v had that happen before.

Just in case, I guess the main thing would be to stay away from any triggers, especially alchohol.

although i am just starting to investigate this topic, there is an arguement to be made for aborting attacks with hallucinogenics.
check out clusterbusters.com

otherwise, consider starting prednisone ASAP if you can deal with the side effects.
