Does anyone know of a site to download a good headache diary?  I cannot find one specific for cluster headaches?  I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you!!

It's funny...I'm working on designing a new day planner, and I'm working on formats for a good headache diary!

I was going to have it to download for free for everybody, in different sizes that can be printed out and put in your planners...if anybody has suggestions on what they'd like it to include, let me know!

Wonderful idea!

A spot to record the weather conditions might be nice.  I've not paid much attention until this cycle and am beginning to wonder if it makes a difference.

Thanks,  I kinda like the one on OUCH.  but downloading it to a planner would be great.  I like theirs as it is not specific to a week to week.  Duration is important to include.  and I have multiple HA in the same day so an area for that?

I'm trying to figure out how to mark down my different kinds of headaches, too...clusters, migraines, shadows, nausea, etc...I've ended up marking down a "/" for clusters, with a "\" if there's a migraine, too, and putting a big circle if there's bad nausea as well...that way, I can use the same grid for everything, and I don't need different colored pens or markers.

But I'd like to leave space under each day to put notes on weather, meds taken, triggers, etc.  I'll post it as soon as I have something workable.  Smiley

Oh- what sizes would people like to have?
