I was going to have it to download for free for everybody, in different sizes that can be printed out and put in your planners...if anybody has suggestions on what they'd like it to include, let me know!

I like theirs as it is not specific to a week to week. Duration is important to include. and I have multiple HA in the same day so an area for that?

I'm trying to figure out how to mark down my different kinds of headaches, too...clusters, migraines, shadows, nausea, etc...I've ended up marking down a "/" for clusters, with a "\" if there's a migraine, too, and putting a big circle if there's bad nausea as well...that way, I can use the same grid for everything, and I don't need different colored pens or markers.

But I'd like to leave space under each day to put notes on weather, meds taken, triggers, etc. I'll post it as soon as I have something workable.

Oh- what sizes would people like to have?

You need to or , the Dr. loves the graph . It clearly shows patterns and changes .
