Does it constrict the vessels like trex? Hava potential heart issue and want to know if DHE is an option

DHE is a vasoconstrictor that constricts veins throughout the body. It is effective for many, including me. It did raise my blood pressure significantly! Wishing you well, Ray

I asked my nurse prac. about getting a scrip for it; it seems a neuro has to perscribe this type of med. One question is is it appropriate for post-menopausal females? I know Trexamet isn't. If not, why?
