RC Seed questions
Jan 16th, 2009 at 9:28am

How many to do,  and do you need to be off Migrinal for it to work? Almost off the Topamax and a few more days to go with predinzone. Sorry for my spelling.

You should try to stay off all meds for atleast four or five days,  migrinol is one of the worst.  For a full list of meds and affects to avoid goto Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login or Register
15-20 seeds is a good start but may need to be increased.
              Good luck, Phil

I do 30-40.
Grind them up in a pepper mill.

I tend to ignore the 'no meds' guidelines, as taking no meds for any period when in cycle is impossible for me.  I guess I am allergic to pain.   Wink

Seriously... lately I have gone between Seeds and the other more illegal alternate treatment... and I am beginning to believe that the RC seeds are more effective.  Jury is still out though, and everyone is different.

As for the effect... I feel like I just ate something that does not agree with me.  That is about it.  The things are nasty.

Good luck!

rather than retype pages and pages of basic info, I really recommend going to clusterbusters.com and reading reading reading....all the info you need to get started is right there.

After that, if there's still some specific questions, feel free to ask- but remember, that site represents the bulk of knowledge on using these methods to fight CH, and I started treating myself before I even knew about this site.  Good luck!

I went to the clusterbusters site and didn't see anything about RC seeds in the FAQ or in the names of the links along the right. I also don't see a search engine. What should I click on to read about them?

Thanks for the info. Now they have given him Lithium! He's not really into trying my alternative drugs yet. Couldn't keep him away from them when we were younger.  I'll keep tryin' though.

thanks again.

If he's done them before, ask him if he ever got clusters back then; that's what convinced me to try it- when I realized that the only time in my adulthood when I didn't have migraines or clusters was the chunk of time that I did shrooms in college!!  Cheesy

This is exactly what happened to me.
I did shrooms in college and right after college to get my mind off of clusters only to realize it cracked two different cycles at the beginning.  I never knew there was any resemblance until I found this site leading me to clusterbusters.  I use seeds now because boomers are hard to find, but if I find them, i'll be stocking up Smiley
