Mosquito Bites, Histamine and CH

I am coming to what I thought was the end of a cycle when I yesterday I got 4 attacks, none of them major and were aborted with O2 in minutes.

Now it's so long since my last proper cycle I can't remember if this is normal nearing the end or does it have anyting to do with the fact I was bitten by mozzies the day before and therefore have produced Histamine?

Going to get some anti-histamines today and see if that helps.

Any thoughts?

I think the beast just isn't done messing with you yet.  Don't look at it too hard, you're eyes will cross and stay that way  Wink

Some cycles go out with a bang like that.  I certainly hope yours just did...

Where there is life, there is hope.
Where there is Oxygen, you must use proper caution.
So be safe, don't smoke while using O2. Kill the pain and not yourself.

Cause and effect can drive you batty with these things! They morph so often you can never be positive if a medication or life style change was what altered the cycle, or if the beast is just messing with you! I was convinced I'd ended a cycle by not putting Q-tips in the ear on that side of the head! Grin

Hoping he's done with you this time around.

"Somebody had to say it" is usually a piss poor excuse to be mean.
