I have had 20 HA's in the past 35 days with many shadows.  Yesterday and today, I have been shadow and pain free!  My head is clear and I feel hopeful, so I am going with that!

Its been one of my stupid personal theories, that if a person is episodic, with every headache that passes you're one step closer to the cycle ending.
As a kid when I used to have these stupid clusters i used to think that a cycle was a certain number of headaches.
That was my reasoning in why they came and then later disappeared on their own in the first place. Roll Eyes

I'm rambling....but sometimes I can't help but wonder about a cycle.
