its back oh god help me

kip 3 all day long
it started yesterday it was late this year i was waiting for it to start on may had a few small headaches on the other side of the head so i said yayy it skiped a year.but all day long the beast left hello notes all around my right side and its getting worse as the hours go by
i know that very soon ill see him face to face again
the tears in my eyes wont help me
im sceard as hell .
a kip 10 that fells like 10000
banging my head on the wall again
crying all day and night
wishing i had some magical lazer that can burn the beast out forever
i know i have to pull it together and be strong
and as i cry ill overcome it in 2 months time
2 months of pain
60 days of oxi redbull triptans cortizons and verapamil to make my body zombi like and stiff
good bye mary jane,jonny walker .had a fun year with you but now its time for us to part
not for long hopfuly 2 months
we will meet again but now if i hang around you
youll just make the beast angry
and i hate it when hes angry
he takes it out on me
and i cant take it anymore
god help me...

Thank gawsh (IMO) for what has been provided so far though, and for the info on this board regarding how to most effectively dish out some serious O2 uppercuts to the jaw, Triptan kicks to the gut, and the occasional RC, preventative meds, etc. knock out punch to the face of that

Oh that was my usual confusing blabber, sorry.

This time I was attempting to group Rivea Corymbosa seeds and preventive meds into a category of beast fighters that sometimes can knock the CH attacks out cold for an entire cycle.
