... it's my own damn fault for not checking in here often enough. I was sure the meet n greet was next weekend.

Okies, situation is getting complicated for me. I won;t be staying at Jeff's due to a conflict with his assh*le roommate, and called trying to get a room for saturday night but the guy said nothing was available; then he tells me to call back in the morning and ask to speak to sales(?) which, I am guessing if I do get a room it'll be a regular rates.

Well, I'll BE there early in the morning, since Jeff is dropping me off there before he goes to work and then picking me up later tomorrow night and bringing me back to Granite.
So, depending on if I get a room or not, I may not be able to stay long saturday evening. If I were able to stay at Jeff's like last year it'd make things ALOT easier on the both of us. One thing is for certain: I NEED A CAR!!!

That is one goal for this year: getting my license again next month and hope to get a car very soon. I am struggling with possibly selling the Aria Pro II guitar I picked up at a pawnshop last year for $240.00. The reason being, well - I bought the guitar because it is a relic, in great shape playability-wise, and when I went online to show friends a pic of the guitar... the only PE450 I could find a pic of was on eBay - aaaaaaand the bid was up to $2'200.00 with 2 days to go and several bids.
While I love the Aria Pro II, and it IS a gem of a guitar, I like the Ibanez Gold Top I recently got for 250.00 more than the Aria. However, I play all of my guitars.

But, since I have my Jackson, the Ibanez, a bitchen B.C. Rich Warlock, I'm-a-thinking if I can get 2 grand out of the Aria Pro II, I'll be sad, but not TOO sad since it would be a markup profit of 8 for me - and being able to purchase a car would take care of that sadness fer sure! Besides, it's not everyday you can turn 240 into 2'400. But I will put a reserve on the guitar if I auction it: I'll not take less than 1'500.00 but since tax season is here, I'm sure someone would pay top dollar for it.

In any case, I'll be there early tomorrow.
