Took a big step.
Apr 23rd, 2010 at 2:43pm

I have been dating a great lady her name is Nancy, we have been seeing each other for 11 months now we met on EHarmony, she was the first person I talked to on the site and I was hers, almost like the darn commercials. Lol
Well a couple months back we decided it was time to cohabitate. We found a place kind of half way between her work and mine and moved in a couple weeks ago. I am very happy and the house truly feels like a home and I love waking up next to her every morning, she really is a great person and I love her dearly. I am amazed that she not on does but continues to be willing to deal with my SUNCT and me being on medication all the time and dealing with me being in pain pretty much 24 hours a day. I have been in this cycle for about 15 months now so she has never known me when I am pain free, I keep telling her “if you think I am fun now, wait until you see me when I am not in pain” lol
I am amazed and so thankful I found her and that she has such a beautiful and big heart, not sure there are many people out there that would willingly start a relationship with someone in the same condition as I am in and I told her all about it before our first face to face meeting and she still went through with the date and now lives with me, am I a lucky man or what? I just wanted to share with you all and brag a little about how lucky I feel right now.
She even likes going for rides on my Harley, could she be any better?
Cool

I think that is wonderful  Smiley

I'm glad she can see that you are Matt, who just happens to have CH and not CH who just happens to have Matt. We're still people first and foremost and the day I let the crapfest that is CH consume ME is not in sight - onwards and upwards Matt!

And isn't it about time we were introduced to our new sister in law?!

Thanks guys, I feel very lucky every day I wake up and see her there lying next to me.

She keeps saying she is the lucky one and that I just cannot be real, guess she has never been with a man that know how to treat a lady and does it every day. Lol
She keeps me grounded and is a very good reminder that no matter how bad things get, there is good in life and it is right there with me.

Lefty

She has not brought that up and very smart not to, I am still getting over my first marriage it has only been a little over two years and not ready to entertain doing it again at least not yet. I know one day I will be ready to try again just not yet and since neither of us wants kids there is no rush.

Might want to think about changing this under your picture then Matt.   Wink

I know where Redwood city is and I am sorry I didn't try to meet up with you and your girl friend before I left Calif. to move to Kentucky last year.  I have a feeling you are one of the ones who has never actually met another ch-er.  I could have changed that.    Undecided    (I grew up in SoCal and lived in Redding before moving here)
