Hoping a grand and pf 4th to all!

If any of you read my post last week, you know I was in a very bad way. I made it thru, no doubt to many of you, and your prayers. I guess God thought I had it bad enough last week, he'd let me have this week off, and I'm grateful. Thank you all for your support once again. I read more than I post, so I'll be a noob for a long time, lol. I have read few articles that some of you have left links to that had some great info, ty! I hope you all have a great, pf 4th.

Glad to hear your having a good week. I too have been having a tough time last several weeks and I'm also glad to report things are looking up again with a huge decrease in CH symptoms. Thank you God!

Hoping we all can have a PF weekend. I'm looking forward to spending time with family and friends and living again!
