I must admit I do have a facebook page but I really don't use it much at all. I have a handful of 'friends' on there who I am actually friends with and when I need to, I speak to them in the real world Wink

The most I've used it of late is searching for people who suffer from cluster headaches and sending them messages. I'm surprised by how many people say that they have ch and honestly they wouldn't have a clue what it is! I find the missinformation about this disorder extraordinary!! Yeah I had one of those once too..... Or oh yeah I get those, the best thing to do is go to sleep etc etc arghhh!!

That said, I have been able to contact quite a few people who really do suffer ch and have been able to pass on some advice etc - which has to be a good thing!!
