That sure is proof of just how much a CH can really hurt. You'll not be the first or the last to do yourself an injury whilst in the middle of a CH.

The crazy thing is I didn't even know it until after the hit was over.  The pain was insignificant, but I couldn't bend the arm.  Course it hurt when Linda pulled it out and twisted it to put it back in the socket! Shocked
