Same as Brew said (in fact I also take 6 mg and two benedryl at night).  Phil takes 12 - 18mg at night and no side effects.

Hi all ... just wanted to plug in an update.

Beli started Verapamil last Thursday and we seem to be having a positive response. Only mild attacks over the last few days and sleeping through the night. Grin

That is a quick response. It typically takes 7-10 days for a dose level to become effective.

What dose is Beli on?

That's great news, hoping your success continues and you can kick beasty to the curb.

180mg, I think it's the lowest possible, but don't quote me on that ...

A dose of 360-480mg a day is often required, so Beli may be responding well to a low dose or it could be the end of their current CH cycle.

Yeah, I thought of that possibility. It would be great if the low dose keeps things under control.
