Out of cycle prevents. (Read 1189 times)

May 7^th, 2012 at 8:54pm Hello, Just wondering. How many people OUT of cycle use preventive meds? How many DONT use preventive meds out of cycle? I'm not talking about melatonin, But i guess you can count batch's D3 as a preventive. Just not a med prevent in that case. Thanks, Coach Bill

I already suffer from mental illness would not be prudent at this juncture in my life.

Reply #2 - May 8^th, 2012 at 10:02am Some years ago this was a recurring discusion but seems to have disappeared, of late. Probably most likely/effectively used for folks with rather short cycles so that a cycle ends before the prevent, e.g,, Verap., has had time to kick in.

I refuse to give them one second more than they forcefully demand from me, so I guess that means putting me down for "does not do any prevents out of cycle".
