I hate fall!

Good morning all!  I haven't been on the website for close to a year, but with fall comes the return of the dreaded CH. I am now getting them every 2 hours afte I go to bed. I'm exhausted and look like hell at work.  I didn't know about the nasal spray Imetrix, I think I will try that.  I go through at least 12 tylenol a night, not good!  To the guy I just read that is in Portland Oregon.....me too!  It's nice to know I'm not the only one with these.  It took 2 years to be diagnosed.....my family thought I was nuts.

Same shit happens to me in the fall. Keep fighting!!!!
