Tough night last night, called into work today.

It was epic. Suffering an earlier attack around suppertime, I powered through it and carried on with my evening. Fell asleep on the couch around 10:30 and crawled up to bed around 11:30. By 12:15 I had awoken to a 7 and I was in for it. I remember looking at the clock at 1:00, 2:20, 3:30, 5:15. It was bad (easy 9, possible 10), I got sick....lucky for the ensuite.

I don't actually remember if I slept or not, but I do remember a dream so I must have. I woke up around 6:40 with another one, called into work and said it was going to be impossible for me to come in. Fell back asleep until 9:30 or so.

This has probably been the worst night of my last 25 days that I've been going through, I hope that it's all downhill from here. So far today I haven't felt too bad, although it does seem like the headache really didn't leave. I guess that's the "shadow" that  I saw on the KIP scale.

Anyway....I'm trying not to whine about it too much....it seems there are people that have it worse than I do. I'm just exhausted emotionally and physically, and need to let out some steam. I try to stay strong but lately it's been getting more and more difficult.......

I was told that pain is subjective.

The good thing about coming here is that we've all been subjected to a unique form, and can work together to get through it.

Hope you get some rest...

Peace Of Mind
