Hello Anas,

Welcome to CH.com. You've come to the right place... There's lots of great info and thousands of years experience living with cluster headache available at this site... All you need to do is read and ask questions...

Seeing as how you're a programmer, lets try some nested IF THEN boolean constructs...

For example, IF a clear relationship exists between a vitamin D3 deficiency and cluster headache, and IF you elevate the 25(OH)D serum concentration to ~85 ng/mL by taking 10,000 IU/day vitamin D3, this results in a cessation of cluster headache symptoms 80% of the time...

THEN using vitamin D3 as a cluster headache preventative is TRUE 80% of the time...

If so, it's essential that we have some history: what medical care received?; a formal diagnosis of "cluster" been given?; that treatments have/do you use.
