I certainly can't be 100%sure...but O.U.C.H disbanded and is no longer "in service" if you will, so I'd have to say this a scam.

The INC is a dead give-away. There is no more O.U.C.H and it was never an INC it was an ORG. Also, OUCH has posted on its website it is no longer soliciting.

This has all of the ear markings of a scam. Ignore it and do not contact.

Hurt people.....hurt people. Think about it.

No mention of how much is collected, how much is spent on the "cause" or how much is kept by the lawyers.

Reply #7 - May 15^th, 2013 at 1:59am I talked to the person who sent the email and she was extremely rude to me saying that she was scammed and that she didn't have time to hear my inquiry as in "I don't have time for this crap" as i wasn't accusing her but just telling her about this post and she went on to be rude??
