I'm new here and I just want to tell you guys what help me to fight the headaches.
I use a migraine medication called Migril it doesn't take the pain away but I take it as a prevention and it work for me I take 3 tablets in a day one when I wake up one at about 2pm and one before I go to bed it works wanders for me but I'm worried about the side affects so I'm gone start the D3 supplements today and see if it works for me

It's important to get a 25(OH)D blood test done. This will tell you when you have reached the "pain free" level, without going too far and becoming toxic. Look for posts by Batch. He has all the info and charts to check where you are. Have a blood test now before you start so you know your starting level of D3 deficiency, and again in a couple of months time so you can see how much you have improved.
