Hi...again, well I am starting some research on everything that is "Green Smoothies" started this while in cycle about two weeks ago and now my cycle has ended. Do not know if that has helped, since many ingredients do have antinflamatory properties. Spinach, celery, kiwi, anything green...lots of clorophyll. Chugged a couple of glasses a day, mixing everything green I could find...hhah..has it helped? I have no idea, so would like to dig in to that...

The whole causation vs. coincidence thing is real tough with the beast. With varying times of the year that cycles start and stop, varying lengths of cycles, different intensities of cycles, you're always left wondering what you can attribute to lifestyle changes, and what you blame on the beasts ability to morph!

Keeping long term diaries can help, but there's so much we're just never sure about. Hoping whatever caused your remission...it lasts a LLLOOONNNGG time! Wink
