Cravings?

Just curious , but does anyone ever have any cravings after a headache ?
I always reach for a cigarette (I know probably not the best idea )when I come down.last cycle I craved milk after every attack.anyone else?

Usually a cigarette (I suspect just as a means of dealing with the trauma I'd just endured), and then sometimes, but only middle of the night attacks, a big bowl of cereal (sometimes two big bowls).  I don't know why.  It's not something I regularly eat.

Lol @ Bob.thats my thing with the milk.we buy a gallon a week for the kids.
last cycle it was three gallons.
I mean giant cup of milk after every night attack.
I was killing a gallon in three days.
Haven't had a glass of milk in three or four days now.
Weird.

I thought the same thing Bob!!! But no, I don't ever have cravings, just that euphoric "holy SH%% it's over" feeling.

A cigarette for me too. Need to de-stress after a big one. I've been trying really hard to cut right down this year, but since this cycle started that idea has gone up in a puff of smoke.
