Capsaicin

Has anybody tried this? Has it worked for you?

I tried it ONE time during my last cycle, 3 years ago and it aborted a headache...headache came back again later that day.

I was doing further research, though, and I saw that one must apply capsaicin to their nasal cavity every day and that it'll drain the nerve of pain receptors, leading to no more pain during a CH. Sounds logical.

If anybody has tried this successfully, how do you do it (q-tip)? Where do you get the stuff?

I have been trying it. I use a Q-Tip. I had 2 days PF and came back on day 3. I stopped and tried some other nose spray that was like pepper spray. Did not work either. I'm starting again and adding Melatonin.

Good luck

There has been very little activity on this one for quite some time.

Suggest using the search box to find a period when there were a good number of posts on this issue.
