Is this normal ??
Jul 8th, 2014 at 9:03am

Hello brothers! I have chronic cluster headaches . I used to take verapamil 240 or 360 mg daily and the last february i stopped the medication with my doctor to see how its going as  i felt better. So after i stopped the verapamil i still had some pinching in my head and i felt my head heavy but not the terrible pain we all know. That was until the last week which i started to have headaches. To be honest i have cluster headaches since 2007 but this week i get the worst headaches i ever had with some new strange symptoms. I went to the a & e clinic and they told me to relax but i cant. Well here are my strange symptoms. i have the urge to stretch my left side especially neck and arm which is the side i get the headaches i feel retsless and i feel numb tinkling and pinching in diffrent body areas and tension. I also i have the urge to massage and press my left arm . Does anyone had the same or similar symptoms? I get allthese symptoms before and after the attacks. Sometimes i have them and the attack it never comes.Thank you very much!

We can't diagnose your symptoms. Your tinkling and pinching and the feelings to your left arm do not, to me, sound like normal cluster headache symptoms. I would like to suggest that you see your doctor about it.

I agree with Bob, this doesn't sound like a typical CH symptom. So I too would suggest raising this with your doctor. Just because we have CH doesn't mean that everything is CH related.
