hi all
i am about to start the vit d 3 regime..i am reading it may take a while to build up the required concentration....can i continue with the verapamilas a preventative while ramping up d3?

Hi suresh,
As long as your not taking any calcium supplements
then it's ok to carry on taking Verapamil.

I use both on a daily basis. I though one pill of D3 was adequate, until talking to others, I now take 10k units of D3 to make a difference in my blood panel. Not sure if they help my clusters, but I certainly "feel" better.......
